Retaining, Motivating, and Working with Female Talent
We are heading for a perfect storm in the labor market. There is reduced supply coming into the labor market, increased numbers of baby boomers leaving the market, and at the same time, an increasing demand for talent as the economy grows. In all this, women are the largest new talent pool. If we don’t retain and advance their talent, we will not fully succeed.
