THE SETTING WAS A MULTIDAY WORKSHOP OF WOMEN AND MEN at a major corporation. The task to fulfill that morning: meet in small groups and make lists of (1) the strengths men bring to leadership and the workplace and (2) the issues men face in leadership and the workplace today. In this workshop we had already looked closely at brain differences and also at women’s strengths and issues.
