For Mentors: A Checklist
If and when you do become a mentor to the person or persons you identified in the preceding exercise, here is a brief checklist for career support that can help you ascertain how you are doing. If you are already a mentor, this checklist can provide a constructive framework for areas of need that may still exist.
To-Do Checklist:
• Provide in-house sponsoring of your mentee that provides visibility, credibility, legitimacy.
• Provide your mentee with access to some or all of your own success network.
