The first three chapters of this book have focused on understanding, from a scientific perspective, the brain and biological differences between women and men. We’ve focused first on the science, then on the differences themselves, then on how they manifest in the workplace, especially in leadership. We’ve worked hard to always acknowledge exceptions to rules and to retain a diverse vision.

We are on a journey toward a full vision of how to develop balanced leadership for the twenty-first century between men and women at work.
