WARREN BENNIS has observed that the art of leadership is arguably difficult to teach, but it can be learned.1 Though difficult to teach, if leadership can be learned, how well does the approach described here serve the formation of the capacity to practice the art of adaptive leadership on behalf of the common good in today’s world?
