Introduction
If I reflect on how my thinking has developed since publication of the first edition, several experiences come to mind. First, moving into academia full-time. Second, becoming involved in the Creating Large Group Dialogue in Organisations and Society (CLGDOS) programme/research community.1 And third, completing the Diploma in Groupwork practice with the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA) in Turvey.
