Introduction
The Fellows experienced every crucible that can be imagined, such as facing personal illnesses or health challenges among family members, losing a job, managing major crises for organizations, pursuing growth opportunities in their careers, and starting their own consultancies. Each crucible played a formative role in the development and cementing of each Fellows’ personal goals, feelings of purpose, beliefs, and values.
