Receptivity to Feedback

Recently, a research project involving participants in CCL's Leadership Development Program (LDP)® looked at the factors that influence how an individual receives feedback—an extremely important process. This study has implications not only for how feedback is delivered at CCL but also for feedback situations in the workplace.

The focus of the investigation was the session during which each LDP participant meets with a certified feedback specialist to be given the assessments collected on him or her prior to and during the program.
