In the Kingdom of the Blind…
There is an exercise we do with our workshop participants (I thank David Liebnau for introducing it to me), whereby everyone in the group is blindfolded. Two volunteers take on the task of leading the rest of the group, and their goal is to lead them to a certain meeting point (for example, a tree or a lamp post) a couple of hundred meters from the starting point. The leaders get to see the location of the goal and get to trace the steps there, but the rest of the team does not.
