When I hear the song “Get Back,” I am reminded of how curious I was as a child. Getting back to the way we were as children, full of curiosity and wonder, can help leaders in many situations. The words tell me to see problems with an open mind, ask questions, and be the leader who wants to listen and learn. As a leader, you will encounter many complex issues. How should you address them? Start with questions. Get back to that time in your life to develop a habit of asking questions. This chapter explores types of problems and ways to use probing questions to find solutions for them.
