E. Sustaining the TSP
This appendix describes how to sustain the TSP effort once it has initially been established, and it outlines several ways to use the TSP methods and data to monitor and support a continuous improvement effort. As shown in Figure E.1, this appendix is the final of the five appendices in this book, and it assumes that the TSP is already in place and being used by many of the development teams in the organization. The challenge addressed in this appendix is maintaining and improving the effectiveness of the organization’s development teams.
