That’s a Wrap

Ben’s phone rang at exactly 10:00 a.m. Ben’s boss, Lisa, the vice president of his division, was on the line. She had called to inform him that she was very happy with his performance and that she would be increasing his salary and stock options in the coming year. She specifically noted that his team’s 360-degree reviews had improved remarkably in the last six months.

Ben couldn’t believe that he had already been in his new role for over a year. As he looked back, he realized he had made many mistakes.
