The two-day workshop is the most comprehensive facilitation of the leadership material. It spends at least one hour, including an exercise, on each leadership competency. It begins with the learners completing a self-assessment on the 10 leadership competencies and uses DISC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance) and PIAV (Personal Interests, Attitudes, and Values) assessment profiles. It ends with the learners creating a development action plan.
