Apply Fundamentals to Have More Impact

Many leadership books have covered the difference between leadership and management, with the former being visionary and strategic, and the latter being tactical and operational. While it’s true the two aren’t exactly the same, there are a lot of complementarities and overlaps between them. Both involve advancing goals, improving performance, mitigating risk, making sound decisions, behaving ethically and professionally, understanding human motivation, and developing people.
