Thinking Like An Agile Team
By now you should have a good understanding of some of the challenges you will face when trying to convince your company to implement agile. Once your company has agreed to take the plunge, the people within the agile team need to start working differently. They need to give up the old roles and start taking on new roles and responsibilities as part of a team.
The developers, the product owners, and the ScrumMasters are simply called the team. This makes sense because Scrum is a bit more abstract than extreme programming. Team members may also include marketing specialists and sales analysts. In extreme programming, the developers are primarily software developers and testers.
