Working Like An Agile Team

Once you have established and trained your team, it is time to begin working. One of the first things you need to do is create a project charter. Remember that just because you are doing agile does not mean that there is no planning. It's just that the planning is different from the planning that goes on in a traditional project.

Creating A Project Charter

Agile does not mean that there is no need to develop a project charter, but you need to remember that an agile charter is an agreement, not a plan. It should list what every party wants from the project. That doesn't mean that things won't change. What it does record is what everyone was thinking at the time the project started.
