Are Conflicts and Disputes Inevitable?

“Inevitable” is too strong a word; “highly probable” is more accurate. Is even “highly probable” too pessimistic or a statement of reality? Let us consider the factors involved in a typical contract:

  • The contract is likely to be for a 3-year period, possibly longer.
