Learning Activity 9-3: Guiding People through the Change Journey


The objectives of this learning activity are to

  • identify specific actions that participants can take to enable them to develop a healthy response to a change they are experiencing (how to take care of themselves)

  • identify specific actions that participants—especially managers and supervisors—can take to help others through the change process.
