I’ve never formally introduced myself as “a coach.” For 25 years I’ve called myself an organizational/leadership development consultant and a Gestalt-trained process consultant, but – until recently – have never tied myself to the word. So, to write an entire book on the topic is not what I would have predicted for myself. On the other hand, this is not a book about coaching. It’s a book about leadership.
