Epilogue

As I finished writing this book, I was working on a strategic positioning project for an association client. Many of the lessons contained in this book were applied in helping the client set goals, develop strategy, optimize resources, secure buy-in, and define the organization’s functional capabilities. The objective was to better position the organization to successfully meet the challenges posed by shifts in the social and political climate over the next three years.
