Frameworks are models you can use to help organize your thoughts. Implementing a framework into a discussion can lead you to obtain new perspectives.
① 3Cs Analysis
The 3Cs of strategic analysis stand for customer, competitor, and company. After determining what kind of customers and markets you envision for your company, as well as the nature of your competitors, discuss how your company stands in relation to them. Clearly define each element, and discuss how they relate to each other.
Bring this framework into your meetings, and get into the habit of analyzing your markets on a regular basis.
② The 4Ps of Marketing
The 4Ps stand for product, price, place, and promotion. Start off by analyzing these four elements. If you promote a deep discussion, you can work out an overall strategy that combines these four Ps.
③ SWOT Analysis
If you want to develop a strategy that can help your company overcome difficult situations, I recommend using the SWOT analysis framework. This method is effective when you want to analyze your current situation from multiple perspectives.
