Reassess Your Current State

Go back to the page in Chapter Two where I asked you to do an initial self-assessment in the six leader attributes. Pull out your notebook here as well to reflect on all you’ve thought about and learned. Now that you know a good deal more about each of the attributes, including the key behaviors for demonstrating them, I encourage you to reassess your current state as a followable leader. Look at how you initially rated yourself in each attribute (growth area, strength, or key strength). It might also help to look back at the pages in Chapters Three to Eight where you rated yourself on the five behaviors for each attribute.
