A Dashboard Journey
Maeve was pleased she was asked to create a metrics dashboard on training for her division’s business leaders. A learning specialist with a recent graduate degree in adult education, Maeve knew her stuff: She was comfortable with Kirkpatrick’s four levels of evaluation and was familiar with the data available in her company’s learning management system.
