PLANNING THE JOURNEY
At the heart of all successful change efforts are three fundamental components: (a) a robust, tested and costed plan; (b) when the plan requires changing, there need to be viable and plausible alternative options. These are defined by scenarios that have already been worked through and are good to go; and (c) if the change faces moments of uncertainty and everything goes off chart, then the leadership relationships must be trusting and concordant. Working with one accord will help leaders and managers figure out the question before rushing to false answers.
