What Is It?
This is where planning meets reality, as change is being brought into daily life. The organization is rolling out a new way of working, with inevitable challenges and adaptations. This is another elastic moment, where you’ll need to intervene, mainly as and when issues arise. It’s also where emotional reactions will be most diverse, so there is a pressing need to get a critical mass of people into constructive, positive mindsets.
Possible signs that indicate we need help navigating the change
- People don’t really know why they’re doing something new
- Something doesn’t work as planned – and people give up
- Change seems to be stalling, or old, unhelpful ways ...
