The Journey of a Soul
They followed a path curving gently up the mountainside. Above, a canopy of pine and spruce filtered the morning sun. Below, a blanket of wildflowers and a lake. Beautiful, he thought. The smells and sounds of spring surrounded them.
I love it here, she said.
I can see why. Maybe I should get out more often. He couldn’t remember his last walk in the woods. Too little time. Too much to do.
If you let it, nature lifts your spirit. It touches your heart.
