Research Method and Knowledge Base

Beginning in 2004, the first phase of my research involved interviewing more than 100 authorities in the field of leadership, ranging from Russ Ackoff to Peter Block, Max De Pree to Sally Helgesen, to Margaret Wheatley. I also interviewed senior leaders in organizations that received an award for being deeply committed to nurturing the human spirit.
