The third critical leadership GPS people setting is feedback.

Feedback is a good thing. Without feedback we would easily go off track and get lost. Gabby gives us constant feedback, both visually (showing if we deviate from the pink line on the map) and audibly (“recalculating!”).

So, if feedback is such a good thing, why is it that few people like to give feedback to anyone else, and even fewer like to receive it? The answer, most likely, is because when people have given us feedback in the past, it has been done poorly and in an aggressive, confrontational manner that put us on the defensive.
