Appendix 2: More Thoughts on Lean

This section is really intended to give you some more tools for the tool kit in the organization while you look to get more Lean and drive business process optimization. I preface this with the comment that I am a firm believer in getting a facilitator of some sort to kick it off. The leadership team and parts of the organization will have some natural resistance to pursuing this or put “roadblocks” in getting alignment toward your goals.
