How Will Lean Leadership Affect Me Personally?
Your role as leader will change. Your definition of yourself will change. Your legacy will change. One can't escape the comparison of the metamorphosis from caterpillar to butterfly. You will come to understand that, once you have made this transition completely, there is no going back. The good news is that you won't want to. I doubt that butterflies yearn to be caterpillars again. Nevertheless, for most of us, it is an irreversible process. Maybe the good old days weren't so good, after all.
