Having worked with—among others—the big three auto manufacturers including Ford, Chrysler, and Toyota, Christian understands how failure to address the people side of change appropriately, that is, teach “people treatment,” results in manufacturing workplaces continuing to experience high turnover, poor morale, and lowered profitability.
