Continuous Improvement Projects

Because you know where your kaizen events are needed, you can break them down into projects that you can tackle individually. First let me remind you that kaizen events should be used when it is necessary to work cross-functionally on a major project that will create a breakthrough or paradigm shift in the way you do business. Other, smaller continuous improvement projects can easily be done within the departments they are affecting without the use of a kaizen event.
