When Steve Jobs got up and announced Snow Leopard at Worldwide Developers Conference back in 2008, we were told that the focus of Snow Leopard would be on performance and efficiency. Most of the changes would be "under the hood," and the end user would see few new features. In general, this holds true today, but a number of differences both in Snow Leopard and the included applications are still worth mentioning.
