To get your character’s geometry to deform as you move the bones, you must bind it to the skeleton. There are many skinning techniques to bind an object. In this lesson, you will first experiment with basic examples, which will help you to understand the various types of skinning. You will then use this understanding to bind your character mesh to the skeleton.
