Chapter 12. Look and Feel

One of the biggest challenges of the Ext applications is to create a specific look and feel for our own products. It's very common to see many applications with the default light-blue theme. This is because in the previous version of Ext JS, there was not an easy way to customize or create themes that match our own branding colors and design guidelines.

With the latest version of Ext we are able to change the colors, gradients, fonts, and even dimensions of margins and padding of all the visual components. We can even create different styles for the same component using the ui property.
