Series examples

The Ext JS charting system is one of the most complete systems for charting; we have a variety of series we can choose from to use in our applications like area, bar, line, pie, radar, scatter, gauge, and mixed type series.

Area

The stacked area chart is useful when displaying multiple layers of information. In the following example we are going to see how to use this series type. First we need to configure a set of data that we'll be using with this example.

All of the series types are populated using stores, so let's start by defining the data store:
