In previous chapters, I have introduced you to the basics of the Theory of Constraints, but TOC has much more to offer. The systems thinking tools were developed and popularized by Dr Eliyahu Goldratt. These tools are basically a series of thinking processes, or, more specifically, logic trees, that can be used individually to solve problems, or they can be used in a defined sequence to conduct a full systems analysis.
