Not faulty towers

We will use three towers in our examples, the Eiffel tower and its two replicas. The latitude of The Eiffel Tower, Paris, France is 48.858093 and the longitude is 2.294694 and the elevators happen to be out of order sometimes, making the old lady a faulty tower (?qué ?). There is a restaurant there but the kitchen is underground.

The latitude of The Eiffel tower, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA is 36.112474 and the longitude is -115.172737. It has a restaurant too.

The latitude of The Tokyo tower, Tokyo, Japan is 35.659053 and the longitude is 139.745228 and, like the French one, is used to broadcast signals. Is there a restaurant?
