Snapshot and snapshot history

Report history is an archive of report snapshots. These can be created manually or on a schedule. The archive is report history archive and is managed by adding and removing report snapshots. You should have the role that can carry out the task Manage Report History. This means this role should also be able to carry out View reports task. If you are permitted to view reports, you are also permitted to view report history. A Snapshot includes data and the time when the query was executed.
