Chapter 9. Windows Azure SQL Reporting

What was announced as SQL Azure Reporting Services in the fall of 2010 became Windows Azure SQL Reporting, making it available in June 2012. It is just like Reporting Services implemented in Native mode except that the platform is Windows Azure. This means it uses two of the following Microsoft technologies:

  • Windows Azure Platform
  • SQL Server Reporting Services
