I want to end with a summary of the tips which I find most striking and useful when considering successful leaders. I hope they will remind you of the observations in this book and help guide any reader, or any leader, to create a story about themselves, their organisation and their purpose, a story which seems right for the times.
1. Engage your listeners. It does not matter how you do it, so long as you do it.
