Well now, yes, I admit it: I am very passionate about all sweet things. When the fateful moment for dessert approaches, I’m almost giddy to discover what will delight my palate and beautifully complete my lunch or dinner.

My mom has a sweet tooth, and it is surely from her that I have learned to appreciate this sweet finale, which was always present at my house.
