For me, snack time is the most beautiful time of day. The hardships of school and work are almost over; dinner is at the door, which means the return to family, gathering together to share the day’s events. But above all, there is always something really good for us to snack on.

I believe we should get away from processed foods and give the okay to traditional dishes served at an unusual time, and away from the conventional classics of the dinner table. Give the green light to street food, to nibble and enjoy either with friends or alone, thinking about all of the good things that happened today.
