What's The Goal?
Give school leaders the tools to use their time effectively. By the end of the workshop, participants will know how to:
- Develop a weekly schedule that includes observation and feedback as well as all other components of the seven levers of leadership.
- Develop goals and monthly guides to managing all seven levers.
