Once peak demand is over, what do we do with the extra staff, rooms, and equipment once the demand
drops and rooms are left empty and staff turns idle? The goal is to level load demand, but until that can
be done, we need to account for this peak demand or we will be unable to provide services.
Customer demand has to be analyzed in the same increment of time as available time to be com-
pared with TT.
