vision is a good tool for this. Part of the leadership road map should include a communication,

training, and resource plan. The contract for change is designed to put everyone on notice of the go

forward plan and expectations, and secure the buy-in up-front. Failure to do this can lead to failed

implementations.

Part of the leadership road map should be the creation of a Lean steering committee. I can hear you say

that the last thing we need is another committee. Yet this committee can and should be made up of the

senior leadersh
