Communicate, Communicate! Remove the “blanks” and make sure everyone is communicating a
similar message. If their are voids in communication, employees will ll them in and in many cases
it will be with messages that you have not intended to deliver. Utilize a variety of techniques to
get the message out as not everyone responds to the same communication methods. Know that not
everyone is going to be able to make the journey and be prepared to deal with them quickly.
