Calculating the Components of Infrastructure View

Firms can calculate the components of their infrastructure view using the five items listed in Chapter 4 (see the list on page 103). Although three of the items are self-explanatory, two of the items, numbers 3 and 4, require further explanation. This appendix contains details of how to calculate motivation for information technology infrastructure justification (item 3) and how to calculate Reach and Range (item 4).
