The Activity of Licensing
The activity of licensing is very different from writing the agreement. The marketing activities of licensing require reaching out to companies willing to consider the property and willing to make an offer for the rights to commercialize it. The due diligence, finding the appropriate companies, identifying the Decider, the activities of creating and presenting the product, and attracting the offer are completely different from negotiating the terms or drawing up an agreement.
