What you need for this book
Basically, to run the Liferay server, you need to have Java running on your local system. Secondly, you need to download Liferay Tomcat Server CE (liferay-portal-6.2-ce-ga2) from the SourceForge site http://sourceforge.net/projects/lportal/files/Liferay%20Portal/. Also, in your local system, you should have the MySQL database server running.
